Gardening Club 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Meets the second Tuesday of every month to share and discuss insights to the art and secrets of gardening in SW Florida, from flowers to trees, herbs to veggies.  Seating limit eight. Children’s Picture Book Writers/Critique Club  6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Meets the third Tuesday of every month for two hours to read, discuss and critique each other’s manuscripts, gain knowledge in the process of writing and understanding children stories as well as some of the steps necessary for submissions and publication of said stories. Club limit eight members.  Adult Fiction Writers/Critique Club 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Meets the last Tuesday of every month for two hours to read, discuss and critique each other’s manuscripts.  Limit eight members.  Photography Club 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Meets the first Thursday of every month to share and discuss photos, techniques, insights and ideas related to digital photography.  Club limit eight members. Film Club 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Meets the first Friday of every month to discuss the Art of Filming and all that it entails from scripting a story, storyboarding a script, lighting, directing and production.  Open to film students and mentors.  Eight member maximum per group. Classical Literature Club 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Meets the last Thursday of every month to read, share and discuss the classics in literature from Jane Austen to Shakespeare.  Club limit eight members. Poetry Club 7:00 Pm to 8:00 PM.  Meets the first Wednesday of every month to read and discuss poetry, from modern to classical and the way it influences your own.  Club limit eight members. Earth Journal Club 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Meets the second Wednesday of every month to share and discuss individual art and writing insights provided through meditation, soul and nature contact as documented and/or illustrated in your journal.  Limit eight members. Fantasy Art and Illustrators Club 6:000 PM to 8:00 PM  Meets the third Wednesday of every month for two hours to critique, create and discuss the art of fantasy in books, films, journals and personal work. Limited seating for eight. Star Gazers Astronomy Club 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Meets the third Thursday of every month. Gain insight into finding your way around our SW FL evening skies. Learn to find Constellations and Planets and discover how to use your telescope or pair of binoculars to explore the night sky from your backyard. Books relating to Astronomy and Star Gazing will be featured in our club discussions. You will come away with a deeper knowledge of our evening skies.
